Fifteen days after Chinese new year, we will celebrate the first full moon celebration or called Cap Go Me. By the day I had to reflect on the days I have been through, thankful for all the blessings given in the previous year, and expect the blessing of God on the Year of the Tiger.Many prayers and the praise that always offered continuously for fifteen days, but I do meditation by reading Metta Chant. Metta is a Pali word meaning loving-kindness. Metta chanting is the radiation of loving-kindness towards all beings: May they all be happy and peaceful. Metta chanting is soothing, uplifting, joyful and a great healing for the world - pervading it with waves of love. Truly, may all beings be happy. May they live always in peace and harmony,
